It depends on how you logged into your Tumelo account in the first place. Currently, you can log in through one of two ways:
- Option 1️⃣ You created an account directly through Tumelo.
- Option 2️⃣ You used single sign-on (SSO) to access Tumelo. [That means you logged into your pension portal, investment platform or employer benefits portal and from there, you just clicked through to Tumelo.]
If you logged in with Option 1️⃣ :
First, you'll need to log out from the profile page.
Then click 'reset password' underneath the email address and password entry fields. You'll be asked to tell us your email address and we'll then send you a link. Just follow the steps from there and you should be all set up with your new password!
If you logged in with Option 2️⃣:
If you came through this method you won't be able to change your password through Tumelo. Instead, you'll need to go back to your pension portal, investment platform or employer benefits portal and change it there.
