The answer depends a little on how you logged into your Tumelo account.
Currently, you can log on in one of two ways:
- Option 1️⃣ You created an account directly through Tumelo.
- Option 2️⃣ You used single sign-on (SSO) to access Tumelo. [That means you logged into your pension portal, investment platform or employer benefits portal and used your existing login details to whizz you straight through to Tumelo.]
Option 1️⃣
If you'd like to change your name on the platform and you logged in with this method, submit a request and we'll get you sorted.
Option 2️⃣
If you logged in through this method and you would like to change your name on the platform, you won't be able to do that directly through Tumelo. Instead, you'll need to go back to your pension portal, investment platform or employer benefits portal.
